Welcome to the residential information site of the Northampton Home Owners Association in Edmond, OK. You will find answers to most common questions within the links of the website. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to email the HOA.

The “No Soliciting” signs are up around the neighborhood now. What does this mean for you? If someone knocks on your property and attempts to solicit you, you can tell them “No Soliciting” signs are posted at all entrances and that they are trespassing on your property. You may ask them to leave and you can warn them that if reported, they will be fined by the city. You are welcome to report the case to the city if you like. The HOA is not responsible for solicitors or trespassing.

In light of the multiple tornadoes we have had in the last week, we have decided that it would be a good idea to ask our residents that have tornado shelters and are willing to allow others to join them to register them with the HOA to provide to our neighborhood. A link on our website has been setup to do so. A formal letter will be mailed out in the upcoming week that will also address this in addition to other items. If you wish to register your shelter, please visit this link.

Please take notice that violation letters will be going out this week for yards that are overgrown and storm damage that has not been picked up yet. If your fence has blown down, the existing panels need to be picked up and set to the side, not left where they lie in the way of the public sidewalks. We understand that you may not be able to get a replacement up yet, but the damaged panels need to be picked up. This also applies to other damage that may have happened and is viewable from the street level.
