As the weather gets nicer, please be considerate of your neighbors and take care of any issues you see on your property that may have waited until warmer days arrived. This includes putting things away that should not be visible from the street and making sure your lawn, trees, and beds are kept cleaned up, free of over growth, and looking appropriate.
Also those that have been getting repairs from last years storms need to take care of painting their new garage doors and picking up after the roof replacements immediately. Notices will be going out shortly.
Lastly, any homeowner that did not follow neighborhood regulations on roofing color without prior approval can expect to receive a letter from the HOA that may result in a substantial fine.

The dues for 2013 will be going up 10% to $181.50. The decision to raise dues is to cover normal inflation as well as to provide more funds for the additional land soon to be turned over to the HOA from the land developer. Plans for making the land more appealing and usable are being thought out now. Invoices will be going out to all residents early in the year and the PayPal payment section of the website will be updated.

There is a meeting scheduled on November 13, 2012 at 7:00 PM. Meeting mailers will be sent out soon. If you are unable to attend, please send your proxy form with a neighbor. We plan to elect a few positions, review 2012 happenings, and discuss plans for 2013. We look forward to seeing everyone.
