2026 Annual Dues notices have gone out Feb 1st 2026, with a due date of March 1st.

Neighborhood Garage Sale
Clean out your closets and join many others by putting on a garage sale. We post in social media and put up signs at the entrances in advance of the weekend. Homeowners are responsible for obtaining an individual license from the city.
Neighbors Night Out (Cancelled 2025)
Northampton participates with many other city-wide neighborhoods in this special night. Come out and enjoy an evening of food, fun and socializing. (This year, pizza, Ice Cream Truck, Bounce House & face painter)
Halloween Pre-Party (Cancelled 2025)
Start off your trick-or-treat evening with your Northampton Neighbors. All Northampton adults and children are welcome for face painting, pizza, candy, and family pictures.
Annual HOA Meeting
Election of officers, review of financial reports, a review of the past year and plans for the future. All Northampton homeowners will receive an announcement of the meeting via first class mail in advance of the meeting.
